Hot Tip - Mywallet vs. Echeck

mywallet

  • mywallet is an online payment account, similar to a loadable gift card
  • The mywallet is loaded from your bank account, in advance of paying for items on line
  • Once you load the funds into mywallet you can shop online for items and pay by using the mywallet money
  • It takes up to 7 days for the fees to show in mywallet
  • mywallet refunds can be requested at any time
  • Adding money to your mywallet and paying for items are 2 separate processes

Echeck

  • when you check out using echeck, it is similar to paying by a virtual cheque
  • School Cash Online does not store your eCheck details for security reasons and industry compliancy. You will therefore need to enter the information every time you checkout

Each class sent down 5 or 6  Lenten suggestions for  FAST PRAY GIVE ideas that were meaningful to them. We posted them all and made a 40 day Lenten calendar that gives our students a daily suggestion of how to engage with the season on Lent in a meaningful and understandable way.

Each day our Lenten suggestion will be on the announcements so they know what they can focus on for that day.

As a community, we all work together to ensure that everyone feels a strong sense of belonging.
Actions and words that hurt others are not a reflection of our school mission.

Together we ensure that St. James Catholic School is a school community marked by respect, love acceptance and peace.

We strive to bring our School's Mission to life, each and every day.  As members of the St. James Catholic School Community, we challenge ourselves and one another to carry our mission forward at school and in the wider community.  Our Mission was developed by the members of our school community and we continue to work hard to make our mission explicit in our actions and words.  It is our sincere hope that you will see signs of our commitment to faith, family and friends when you meet us, enter our school and connect with us in any way.

You are WELCOME at St. James!

Our Mission is a daily focus at our school:

St. James Catholic School community believes and practices Jesus teachings.  Joined together – children, staff and parents – we celebrate our learning and traditions with

FAITH, FAMILY and FRIENDS in a meaningful and FUN way.

The Call of Discipleship

At St. James Catholic School we strive to follow in the footsteps of our Patron Saint, James, and live a life of DISCIPLESHIP. When we speak, listen, collaborate, play and pray, we strive to follow Jesus.

St. James was one of the first DISCIPLES of JESUS.  Like St. James, we are reminded to turn toward JESUS and to follow him.  We are DISCIPLES of JESUS when we live our lives with FAMILY, FAITH and FRIENDS in a FUN and meaningful way.

Welcome to the Home of the CARDINALS!

At St. James Catholic School Community in Seaforth, we practice the Cardinal Virtues of Prudence, Temperance, Justice and Fortitude.  Within our faith-filled community, we respect and value the differences of every individual.  We encourage each individual to foster and grow his/her God-given potential. We follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and work with the home, parish and wider community to nurture the academic and spiritual lives of our students.
